Summary: As a Business Process Designer, your typical day involves analyzing and enhancing workflows to ensure optimal efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in current processes and collaborate with business users to define detailed product requirements. Your role will also include designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection, enabling ongoing refinement of processes over time. This dynamic environment requires you to be proactive in proposing innovative solutions that drive effectiveness and improve overall business performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop process documentation and visual representations to communicate workflows effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow optimization techniques. - Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Familiarity with agile project management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
