Primary Responsibility
- Support SKU code creation process in SAP using Ivanti tool
- Coordinate with multiple departments to get the ivanti request completed – PMM, R&D, logistics, quality costing etc.
- Responsible for releasing daily Ivanti open requests report for IMEA countries along with start date and pending action
- Identify where the action is pending and follow up
- Carry out and present root cause analysis for long pending requests
- Support R&D in Ivanti code creation by offloading manual activity to oneself
- Support PMM in Ivanti code creation by offloading manual activities to oneself
- Support in sample tracking process

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Technical education or a completed degree preferably in sciences, especially chemistry, engineering and marketing.
- Nice to have - 1 to 3 years of experience any industry
- Good IT-knowledge (MS-Office, SAP)
- Fluent in English
