Conduct candidate and market research to build databases, create candidate summaries, and support recruiters. Use Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn and job portals to gather and analyze data, share industry insights, and manage research data. Assist with administrative recruitment tasks and collaborate with the team to meet hiring needs.
This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Research, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS PowerPoint for data handling and reporting
- Familiarity with online research tools, job portals, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with recruiters and presenting insights
- Ability to organize and manage large datasets with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple research assignments
