About the Team
Our Digital Transformation team builds systems that power Zoom's sales success. We collaborate across sales, marketing, and engineering to solve complex challenges. We exist to drive efficiency and enable revenue growth through smart automation.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with sales operations, customer success, and solution engineering teams to automate lead-to-revenue processes
- Facilitating requirements sessions with stakeholders to align on solutions and document functional specifications and process flows
- Collaborating with architects, developers, and testers to design, build, and deploy scalable business systems
- Leading delivery teams through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization activities
- Building cross-functional relationships while serving as a subject matter expert on sales processes and systems
What We're Looking For
- Analyze business requirements and develop process flows and solution designs (3+ years)
- Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud including leads, opportunities, contracts, and quotes (1+ years)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Create business process diagrams including swimlanes, sequence diagrams, and wireframes
- Prototype solutions and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, SOQL, and SQL
- Integrate Salesforce with marketing and sales tools like Marketo, Pardot, or LeanData
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
