Business Technology Solutions
ZS's Technology group focuses on scalable strategies, assets and accelerators that deliver to our clients enterprise-wide transformation via cutting-edge technology. We leverage digital and technology solutions to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. Our services include, but are not limited to, Digital and Technology advisory, Product and Platform development and Data, Analytics and AI implementation. We're looking for a talented developer who is passionate about building intuitive, performant, and scalable user interfaces. As a part of ZS team, you will collaborate with UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to bring life to Aera's Decision Intelligence platform, enabling real-time business decision-making for our clients.
What you'll do :

• Develop modern, responsive, and scalable web applications using Java, SQL,python and other languages as needed
• Collaborate with project teams to turn wireframes and mockups into interactive, user-centric User Interfaces
• Integrate User Interfaces with Processes, Action Items and other AERA objects
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize UI for speed and responsiveness
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes
• Contribute to design system and reusable component library development
• Keep up to date with emerging front-end technologies and propose adoption when relevant

What you'll bring :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in UI development and knowledge of basic SQL queries
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of usability, accessibility, and UI/UX design principles
• Experience with data-intensive applications or enterprise platforms is a plus

Additional Skills :

• Certification or knowledge of Aera Technology's platform or other Business Intelligence and Decision Intelligence Platforms
• Experience working with real-time data applications and low-latency UI designs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
