As a Business Technology Solutions Manager at ZS, you will be leading large-scale client delivery engagements, managing and expanding existing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The candidate must deeply understand ZS's service offerings and proactively identify and propose new solutions to address client needs. The role also requires strengthening capabilities within the Tech group by leveraging technology and industry expertise to drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Delivering tech projects: Lead the full lifecycle delivery of technology projects, from solution design and pricing strategy through delivery planning and execution, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, scope, and quality.
- Building and managing client relationships: Actively assess and present ways to serve clients by developing solutions and offerings relevant to that client
- Generating new business engagements: Drive new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new leads, creating proposals , facilitate client discussions and presentations to drive new business and client relationships
- Work with onshore and offshore teams to develop price estimate, plan capacity, coordinate delivery of the end-to-end technology capability (BI Reporting, Analytics, AI, Digital, Big Data, Cloud, MDM) solution, report project status and act as escalation path for clients
- Ensure technical design is robust and scalable solutions consistent with ZS and industry practices; take advantage of the existing assets and maintaining a balance between architecture requirements and specific client needs.
- Provide project leadership and direction on one or more projects while maintaining a high-quality level of service;
- Identify latest technology trends and domain trends to develop ZS POV and drive innovative solutions for our clients.
- Serve as the single point of contact and advisor for clients to facilitate their business needs and program demands through solutions and services
- Bridge business and technical teams by being fluent in the language of consulting (business drivers, process), design and technology (systems architecture, data warehousing, report creation)
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or another computer related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant of hands on IT services or consulting industry experience leading medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements;
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading large delivery teams;
- Extensive experience in data engineering and cloud technologies
- 4+ years' experience within a professional service firm is preferred.
- Ability to own and drive end-to-end project delivery: define the problem, design research, deliver on results
- Ability to work with cross functional teams, but US and India
- Fluency in English
