As a Business UAT Analyst I in Card Marketing team validation team , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining test scenarios, test plans, and test cases used for testing within the Card Marketing Validation Team. You will primarily support marketing campaigns, performing testing on emails, direct mails, and microsites for various types of campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with campaign management, project management, and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project/campaign and testing objectives.
- Develop and lead the test strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform testing cycles both manually and using automation.
- Review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the test suites to be developed.
- Work with business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
- Create and maintain job aids and procedures associated with testing standards used by the Card Marketing Validation Team.
- Support during production deployment of campaigns and perform validation testing during off-hours/weekend release windows.
- Identify process gaps and streamline processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 4+years of experience in end-to-end campaign testing across emails, direct mail, and microsites.
- Experience in campaign processes and ability to understand various channels of communication to customers.
- Experience in execution of automated test suites with hands-on experience in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with partners, project, and testing teams.
- Possess excellent problem-solving, interpersonal communication, project, and time management skills while being extremely detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong business acumen, accountability, and communication skills.
- Experience in working in Agile working environment with strong communication.
- Ability to communicate findings and implement procedures to fix gaps.
- Experience in working on automation tools preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with JIRA tool preferred.
