We are looking for a C++/C# Team Leader to join our team. You will have an opportunity to participate in developing state of the art security technologies, and benefit from high-level involvement in major projects that will significantly contribute to making our world safer and more secure.

As a Cognyter you will:
- Manage a team of developers, working closely with the global development teams
- Work with global interfaces within Cognyte: Architect, Product, Project Manager, customer success functions across the organization.
- Full responsibilities on recruitment, onboarding and mentoring new team members .
- At least 50% hands-on responsibilities;
Requirements
For that mission you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / software Engineering;
- At least 2/3 years’ experience as R&D Manager \TL;
- Background Professional experience with C# or / and C++ technologies;
- Working in a global environment
- Ability to manage pressure & setbacks .
- Ability to adapt & respond to change in a very fast pace environment
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have skills:
- Linux Operating System/Cloud experience;
- Experience in Telecommunications domain (GSM/UMTS) /VoIP, 3G, 4G, 5G.
- Networking knowledge
