Position: Project Manager (PM)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with at least 8+ years of experience in managing multiple software project deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project and team management, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. While not mandatory, candidates with academic backgrounds in Mechanical, Civil, or Production, CS, IT Engineering are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple software projects.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership with mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance across all project phases.
- Manage project scope, change requests, and handle project escalations effectively.
- Support business development and proposal preparation with effort estimates and planning inputs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Production) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing software/technology project deliveries.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Prior Exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects.
- Prior Exposure to AI tech in project.
Nice to have:
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
- AI-Technical understanding.
Must have:
- B.E./B.Tech
- Multiple Project Management Experience,
- Excellent Communication and Project Management skills.
