Description:

  • As a Training and Change Management Specialist at AppZen, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating implementation and value initiatives to drive the successful adoption of AppZen products and services. You will develop and implement change management plans through practical training programs and product enablement workshops, assess stakeholder readiness, and engage stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and maximum benefits/realization.

Your day to day is:

  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with proposed changes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to build awareness, understanding, and support for change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans, training materials, and resources to facilitate change readiness and adoption.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather input and address concerns throughout the change process.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change resilience within the Customer Success organization.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional and other departments to ensure alignment of change management efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices and methodologies.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in Training and change management, Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management plans in complex customer environments.
  • Proficiency in analysing organizational culture and dynamics to inform change strategies.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on driving positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
