Key responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand market reach.
- Provide training and support to partners on product offerings, sales strategies, and tools.
- Collaborate with channel partners to create joint business plans and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and suggest actionable improvements.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to refine strategies.
- Develop promotional campaigns and incentives to motivate partner sales teams.
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align objectives and strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
- Track and report on partner performance metrics and sales forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in channel sales, partner management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Should have an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet partners and attend events.
