Job Summary
We are looking for a .NET Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server. The role involves leading development initiatives, modernizing legacy applications, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, and Angular
- Drive application modernization and migration from legacy systems to .NET Core
- Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
- Work closely with business, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
- Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices
- Support deployments, release management, and production issues
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC
- Experience with WebForms and migration to modern frameworks
- Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, LINQ
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server (queries, procedures, performance tuning)
- Experience in REST API development and system integration
- Working knowledge of Angular (v8+)
- Familiarity with Git / TFS / Azure Repos
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- BFSI domain experience (mandatory/preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Docker / containerization
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization
Education
BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent
