Citi’s Client organization is looking for Full-Time Associate to join the Research team in Mumbai. Your time here will look something like this...
- Working with a team covering a specific industry or macro area including involvement in the day-to-day responsibilities of an associate.
- Develop a thorough understanding of financial markets. Learn to identify and analyze trends with the goal of producing cutting edge research and actionable recommendations.
- Learn to collect, outline and explain information giving insights that drive creative solutions.
- Take on various projects the team assigns, including economic data and analysis, pricing surveys, industry trends, valuation studies and company-specific due diligence.
- Create, update and maintain economic or financial spreadsheets, quantitative models and databases of assigned companies.
- Refresh marketing handouts and assist with ad-hoc client requests.
- Shadow Research Analysts by attending company and industry meetings as well as industry conferences.
We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
We're committed to teaching you the ropes. You'll start the program with training, which will introduce you to both Citi and Research as a whole.
This training gives you:
- An overview of the key processes you should know as a new Citi employee
- An introduction to Global Financial Markets to help you discover the main business areas and the "ins and outs" of an investment bank; you'll also get to know Citi's products and services, as well as simulated trading and portfolio management.

- You are a final year student in any discipline, from a top academic institution working towards a competitive GPA and graduating between Jan 2026 - May 2026
