Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled commercial applications developer focused on Salesforce development to join our team. You will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and development of our Salesforce instance, with a primary focus on CPQ, Sales/Service Clouds, NetSuite and integrated GTM tools. You will bridge the gap between administrative requirements and technical implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across the GTM Organisation. Based in Pune, this role is ideal for a professional with strong Salesforce development skills who are eager to grow in a collaborative and high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:System Administration: Manage users, roles, profiles, forecasts, territory management and permission sets across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce CPQ & Sales/Service Cloud: Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) to support global GTM operations.
Development & Automation: Maintain and build automations using Flows, Apex (classes/triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Salesforce Agentforce/ AI: Knowledge & experience with configuring and deploying AI facilitated development.
ERP Integration: Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite to sync customer, product, and financial data. Knowledge of middleware for integrations (Zapier, Workato, etc.)
GTM Tools: Ability to configure and support integrated tools such as Marketo, Gong, Outreach, Leandata, etc.
Data Management: Perform data migration, cleaning, and manipulation using Data Loader, other tools. Support data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and cleansing activities.
DevOps: Utilize Git/DevOps tools for environment management (Sandbox to Production deployments).
Security: Ensure data and system integrity, governance, and security. Knowledge of Salesforce Shield.
Project Management: Triage and resolve end-user support tickets and system issues. Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Assist with UAT, documentation, and training during system releases.
Documentation: Document business processes and technical configurations in Confluence.
Communication: Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enhancements and new functionality.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce/ SaaS ecosystem.
Experience with Commercial Applications/ GTM tools like Marketo, Outreach, LeanData and NetSuite.
Ability to work independently and within a global, cross-functional team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are required. AI Certification is a plus.
Flows, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components, Integrations using REST/ SOAP.
Salesforce Shield, Gen AI experience, Marketing Cloud, Engage.
