As a Commercial Support Representative, your primary role is to act as a strong commercial and technical support function to drive the growth of our business, enabling the commercial team to spend maximum time in the field developing ATL (Above the line) customers and strategic growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for supporting the commercial team from the inquiry-to-order stage, handling identified office-based sales activities and Deal coordination tasks (e.g. assisting in generating paint specifications, quotations, tender, technical and product assortment support) to increase sales efficiency and enhance the customer buying experience.
The position is also responsible for acting as a local superuser to support the implementation and adoption of digital tools and platforms within the local organization e.g. CPQ, E-Commerce, and Heet Dynamic.
What Are We Looking For?
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a customer-centric role, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
Basic understanding of paint technology, application methods, or the coatings industry is beneficial.
