In this role, you will:
  • Manage and oversee daily Floorplan inspection activities to ensure timely resolution of sold and unseen units. You'll serve as a key liaison with dealers, assess collateral risk, and support operational integrity through verification, escalation, and process improvement.
  • Monitor open Floorplan inspections and prioritize outreach based on policy violations and unresolved units.
  • Communicate with dealer personnel to ensure timely payment for sold units.
  • Assess and waive low-risk units based on volume, credit grade, and inspection results.
  • Analyze account activity to understand funding and cash flow concerns.
  • Recommend and coordinate supplemental inspections for collateral at third-party locations.
  • Escalate unusual activity to appropriate internal teams (Reconciliation, Risk, Sales).
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance inspection efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues found during the inspections to the appropriate partners.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Exposure to Wells Fargo AIMS system and Hogan Mainframe
  • Knowledge and understanding of collateral analysis for an asset based lending company
  • Strong internal and external relationship management and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of initiative and accountability
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$23.08 - $39.90
