We are seeking a skilled Cerner (Oracle Health) professional with expertise in PathNet design, configuration, and validation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare IT systems, laboratory workflows, and system integration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Shift - Afternoon Shift - 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM (midnight IST)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and validate Oracle Health PathNet (Cerner) modules
- Collaborate with clinical and lab teams to understand workflow requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation support
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support HL7 interfaces and ensure seamless system integration
- Develop and maintain reports using relevant reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and lab standards
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams for project delivery
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Cerner / Oracle Health domain
- Relevant certification in Cerner / Oracle Health (preferred)
- Experience in PathNet design, configuration, and validation
- Hands-on experience in healthcare IT environments
- Experience with regulatory compliance in lab operations
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Knowledge of HL7 interfaces and integrations
- Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) processes
- Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis
- Proven solid expertise in Oracle Health / Cerner PathNet
- Proven solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proven workflow optimization and process improvement
- Proven solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in PathNet or LIS environments
- Experience in implementation and support projects
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
- SQL knowledge
- Proven exposure to UAT/SIT testing
