Job Description
 1. Facilitates implementation of Wolters Kluwer CCH SureTax® Managed Return Filing Service into client corporations by developing and maintaining extensive knowledge of how Managed Return Filing Service is delivered.

2. Proactively engages sales, operations, development, and/or key client personnel for necessary requirements information.

3. Manage client’s monthly return filing services by acting as a liaison between the operations team and the clients.

4. Provide exceptional customer service that maintains or increase grows current customer satisfaction levels and increasing utilization of the software by working collaboratively and directly with customer and internal resources to deliver solutions that exceeds customer expectations and minimize customer impacts.

5. Function as a resource to assist with service support by identifying gaps/issues where current products or processes do not meet client requirements.

6. Performs other duties as requested by Manager \ Director.

Basic Function
Account Manager activities include learning the processes and tools currently established for providing exceptional customer service in maintaining a Sales Tax Compliance Service customer, suggesting changes to streamline the process and assisting the Operations Manager with distribution of the processes; monitoring new customer implementations; monitoring customer’s monthly sales and use tax returns processing; monitoring and processing customer notices generated by the state and local jurisdictions to be sure they are handled timely; working with our offshore partner in the preparation and filing of the customer sales and use tax returns, collaborating with internal Wolters Kluwer teams to ensure high quality processing each month for customers; monitoring the monthly account balances for each of their all assigned clients.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Education:
BSc/ BCA /BCom

Experience
Required:
2- 4 years with Sales Tax Compliance Process.
 

Preferred or Good to Have:
Experience in managing clients, Tax Domain Knowledge.

Soft Skills Required:
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Able to communicate on issues/problems and coordinate with Product Management on day-to-day work.
