Senior Consultant

Supports clients with strategy and operations challenges across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and business operations. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, interviewing stakeholders, documenting findings, interpreting data, developing business process materials, and creating client-ready presentations and deliverables. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, data modeling, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently or collaboratively.

Conduct PCI DSS compliance assessments and audits for global clients, evaluating security controls, documentation, systems, and processes. Identify compliance gaps, document findings, prepare audit reports, and provide remediation guidance. The consultant communicates with client stakeholders, manages audit engagements, maintains quality standards, and stays current with PCI DSS and cybersecurity practices. Full professional fluency in Japanese is required, along with an active QSA certification and at least three years of information security and PCI DSS assessment experience.

Leads client-facing technology consulting engagements, including strategy and roadmap workshops, requirements gathering, project delivery, risk management, executive presentations, and outcome measurement. Supports business development through proposals, discovery, client relationship expansion, and business-case development. Contributes to advisory offerings and thought leadership while mentoring team members and advising clients on digital transformation, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology strategy.
