Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Presentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations that adhere to our brand standards and meet tight deadlines. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, design, and format professional PowerPoint presentations that align with our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather content and understand presentation requirements.
  • Transform complex data and concepts into clear, visually appealing slides.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality output in all presentations.
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines to deliver presentations on time.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and presentation techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance the overall impact of presentations.
  • Additional preference for candidates with a Analytics Presales background/Solutioning background

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations, in a corporate or design agency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides; knowledge of other design tools e.g. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
