Vision
Working with the various development teams from Cyncly organization and partners based on a subscription model, the content consumption team are the main actors responsible for connecting the various applications with the content. They represent the ambassador of the unified content platform in terms of consuming content, exposing our largest repository of unified catalogs for our various end-to-end software solutions. They provide rich quality content to empower applications use cases.
Mission
Deliver high quality interfaces exposing APIs, SDKs, and documentation. The team provides high level standards of Interface, documentation, and support integration of the content platform. They are responsible for making the content platform back-end APIs as the foundation for the counter part of the content consumption running client side, providing examples and support. The team is responsible for driving the core business API which defines how the content is modeled, including advance search mechanism and server-side business logic. While supporting the various teams, they collect feedback on additional needs and improvements to continuously improve the content platform to always be the bleeding edge as a content provider.
About the role:
Developer: Reporting to the development Team Leader, the employee will bring a valuable collaboration in the system architecture, design pattern, programming and testing of the content consumption services. Technical leadership, strong interest in software quality and knowledge of best practices regarding deployment to the cloud are expected from the employee. In collaboration with other team members, the incumbent will work on challenging projects, integrating advanced web technologies. He will participate in the elaboration, analysis and functionality development of a state of the art back end web platform. The content consumption is of the key components of the content platform which expose content as the foundation of many other products developed at Cyncly.
Job Description
- Web development using a multi-tier architecture and Service Oriented Architecture;
- Architecture and conception of services components.
- Involved in automated deployment for internal builds and Cloud solution.
- Search for the best applicable process or algorithms;
- Participate in design reviews of services;
- Use Test Driven Development process.
- Meet the established development standard (security, performance).
- Perform the duties according to timelines; - Participate in team meetings.
Required technical skills
- Proficiency in Back End Web technologies (AspNetCore).
- Experience in C# development - Experience with interface protocols (REST/JSON).
- Development experience in Microsoft development environment.
- Experience with software source code management (GIT).
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure (Azure).
- Experience with AI services (Open AI) and any relevant AI platforms.
- Orchestration pattern using Azure.
- Knowledge of Agile (scrum) methodologies.
- Asset - Knowledge of 3D geometries.
- Asset - Knowledge of Materials.
- Asset - Proficiency at doing code review of peers.
Qualifications
- College or bachelor's degree in computer science or computer Engineering
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in web programming, C#, .Net core etc.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
- Technical leadership.
