In this role, you will protect Ericsson's commercial and financial position while securing best-in-class agreements for our customers across technologies and solutions. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of commercial strategy, legal awareness, and customer partnership.
What you will do:
• Coordinate and manage contract management tasks and activities throughout all stages - from qualification and proposal to negotiation and final contract execution in accordance with company policies and delegated authorities• Formulate contractual strategies, executing them successfully through the creation and positioning of commercial value, long-term improvement of terms and conditions (from a commercial and legal standpoint), and the generation and protection of add-on sales and up-sell opportunities • Assess commercial risks proactively and recommend mitigations to support informed decision-making• Manage contract execution, compliance, change control, and dispute resolution• Prepare renewal and renegotiation strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders and aligned to account commercial strategies• Collaborate with global teams on contracting strategies for emerging offerings including cloud, private networks, and AI-driven solutions
The skills you bring:
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field• 10-15 years of experience in contract management or commercial management• Proven experience in complex contract negotiations and customer connect across Telecom CSPs, Cloud Infra and Technology companies• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, legal, and finance• Experience working in international and multicultural business environments
