The Contract Specialist will conduct KYC analyses, ensure compliance, manage CRM data, and support revenue operations at RemoFirst.

We are a small but strong team of 140 people (and growing) hyper-focused on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships. To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Contract Specialist to join our team.
What you'll be doing:
- Perform Know-Your-Client (KYC) analysis on newly signed clients within Dun & Bradstreet and other sources, checking for any potential issues related to compliance and financial risk.
- Work with clients to obtain proof of good-standing or solvency for clients who do not meet KYC thresholds.
- Analyze client-provided documents, including bank statements, to assess financial stability, accuracy, and alignment with KYC requirements.
- Perform final review of won deals within CRM verifying accurate deal-related data and fully executed Master Services Agreements.
- Responsible for CRM data cleanliness, focusing on reducing duplicates, inconsistent and missing data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support Revenue Operations management with ad-hoc tasks, as needed, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Job responsibilities of role may change based on Revenue Operations discretion.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 3 years CRM or similar applications experience required.
- Minimum 3 years contract management experience required.
- English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet set deadlines.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and research data and resolve discrepancies.
- Comfortable working autonomously but within a team.
- Experience with Dun & Bradstreet or similar risk analytics tools is a plus.
