Job Responsibilities
- Work on oversight and monitoring of Reg W transaction balances (between Bank & their Affiliates) performing Limit Analysis.
- Perform various controls to ensure all the Reg. W exposures have been reported timely.
- Work on ASAP attestation, Limit Review, Quarterly Supervisory Review, Quarter End Deck.
- Work with Central Reg W team to implement controls and monitoring to ensure on daily and/or weekend balance reporting requirement, affiliate breakout check, etc
- Resolve/ Assist/ Guide Reg W stakeholders issues/queries for new Reg W covered transaction and Incident write up process for Reg W incidents and their ancillary activities.
- Submit information to the Firmwide Reg W Lead on purchase of affiliate securities during the Board Reporting process.
- Support special/ ad hoc projects, as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 4 years accounting/finance experience minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting/Finance
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building and influencing skills to with the ability to effectively partner with all levels of management across numerous teams.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint, Microsoft Access desirable
- Audit, internal control, product or financial control experience preferred
- Experience designing applications a plus
