Technical Requirement:
Role Summary - Architect & Design Solution
· Developing comprehensive rollout plans for enterprise-wide deployment · Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration · Continuous improvement and iteration based on user feedback · Implementing advanced analytics for tracking adoption success · Engaging with stakeholders to align Copilot features with business needs · Driving innovation through regular feature updates and enhancements · Fostering a community of practice for ongoing user engagement · Maintaining high standards of data privacy and security compliance · Facilitating regular training sessions and knowledge transfer events · Setup and Configuration of M365 Copilot environments · Automation for capturing business interest and allocation of licenses, its tracking · Enable Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insight for reporting · Conducting security and compliance checks and documentation · Continuous evaluation of new Copilot features · Automation of license allocation and monitoring · Enabling and testing new features · Feedback collection and analysis · Documentation of engineering processes · Continuous improvement of product processes · Collaborating with cross-functional teams · Working with Microsoft for feature integration
