- Define architecture standards and engineering patterns for enterprise AI solutions.
- Lead the design of highly scalable AI platforms, services and reusable capabilities.
- Drive technology decisions relating to LLMs, AI Agents, RAG architectures, knowledge platforms and orchestration frameworks.
- Establish long-term technical roadmaps that support the strategic direction of AI adoption.
- Lead development of shared AI capabilities used by multiple engineering teams.
- Drive the creation of enterprise AI frameworks, SDKs, utilities and accelerators.
- Establish engineering principles for AI reliability, observability, governance and lifecycle management.
- Improve reusability, scalability and operational excellence across AI solutions.
- Act as a recognised subject matter expert for AI Engineering.

- Mentor GG12 and GG13 engineers and data scientists.

- Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale software platforms.
- Proven track record building production AI or machine learning systems.

- Strong architectural experience covering distributed systems and cloud-native services.
- Demonstrated success establishing engineering standards and reusable technical capabilities.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic technology decisions.
- Advanced Python engineering and software architecture experience.
- Extensive experience with Generative AI technologies.
