Job SummaryThe Course Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all organizational courses, training programs, and certifications remain compliant with regulatory, accreditation, and internal quality standards. This role oversees course approvals, documentation, audits, and ongoing monitoring to maintain adherence to industry requirements and organizational policies.
The position plays a critical role in safeguarding accreditation status, maintaining regulatory alignment, and supporting continuous improvement of course delivery and documentation processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Regulatory OversightEnsure all courses meet applicable accreditation, regulatory, and industry compliance requirements.
Monitor compliance with governing bodies, certification standards, and organizational policies.
Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory changes impacting course offerings.
Implement compliance controls across course development and delivery lifecycle.
Review new and existing courses for compliance prior to launch or renewal.
Validate course content, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional design standards.
Coordinate approvals with academic, compliance, and leadership teams.
Maintain standardized compliance checklists and review frameworks.
Maintain accurate compliance records, course documentation, and audit trails.
Prepare documentation for accreditation reviews, audits, and inspections.
Lead internal compliance audits and corrective action tracking.
Ensure version control and documentation accuracy across all programs.
Work closely with Content, Instructional Design, QA, and Operations teams.
Provide compliance guidance during course development and updates.
Train internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective measures.
Support ongoing improvement initiatives for course quality and compliance processes.
Track compliance metrics and prepare periodic reports for leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare, Compliance, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience in compliance, accreditation, academic operations, or regulatory environments.
Strong understanding of course compliance, certification standards, or training program governance.
Experience handling audits, documentation management, or regulatory reporting.
Experience in healthcare education, certification bodies, or e-learning organizations.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and course lifecycle management.
Knowledge of accreditation frameworks or continuing education standards.
