What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing or operations role in reporting management.
• Proven customer management skills with a strong customer service orientation (desire to help others). 
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

We'd love to see:

• A proven understanding of the operations function, with previous experience in banking, retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries considered an asset.
• The ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of small projects simultaneously
• Previous experience with – Salesforce and/or Metro 2® credit reporting, a high level of computer literacy, and excellent analytical skills.

Impact You'll Make:

• The role is expected to become a subject matter expert of a highly accomplished credit reporting support team that will play a key part in helping the team ensure data quality and adherence to industry guidelines for external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
