Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer with strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic LLM workflows, RAG, Graph Analytics, Computer Vision, and Azure AI.The candidate should be capable of owning AI solutions end-to-end, from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
- Build and operationalize advanced RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry.
- Implement hybrid search, re-ranking, GraphRAG, semantic search, and domain-specific retrieval.
- Build quantitative LLM evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, groundedness, relevance, faithfulness, and hallucination rates.
- Design knowledge graphs and graph analytics solutions using technologies such as Azure Cosmos DB Gremlin and Neo4j.
- Develop multi-agent and multi-step reasoning workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, including tool calling, memory, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Implement image generation and computer vision solutions, including image classification and real-time prediction endpoints.
- Architect and optimize vector databases/search solutions, embeddings, chunking strategies, semantic search, and indexing.
- Own AI/ML deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, CI/CD, and containerized deployments in Azure.
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Product, IT, and other cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience developing production LLM applications.
- Expert-level Python and strong software engineering practices.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, particularly:
- Azure AI Foundry
- Azure AI Search
- Azure ML
- Azure OpenAI Service
- Azure Custom Vision
- Deep hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, function/tool calling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience building LLM evaluation datasets and applying metrics such as groundedness, relevance, faithfulness, and answer accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with GraphRAG, graph databases, entity/relationship extraction, and knowledge graphs.
- Experience with vector search technologies such as Azure AI Search, FAISS, ChromaDB, and embedding models.
- Strong ML fundamentals including model training, evaluation, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and containerized AI workloads.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Manufacturing or Supply Chain domain experience.
- Experience with LangSmith, RAGAS, and Azure AI Foundry evaluation tools.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, including LoRA/PEFT, and vision models.
- Exposure to AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, or MCP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree is highly valued.
