This is full-time onsite role based in our Pune office.
As a CRM Functional Consultant, you play a crucial role in shaping how Hansen’s global teams engage customers, run operations, and deliver essential services. You will design and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that directly impact productivity, data quality, and business efficiency. Your expertise ensures that critical customer‑facing and internal processes operate seamlessly across regions.
You will also drive major transformation initiatives such as the global Dynamics 365 migration and key platform integrations. This is a role where your decisions create measurable impact, enhancing user adoption, improving customer experience, and strengthening the foundation of Hansen’s digital ecosystem.
- 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience as a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
- Deep understanding of CRM configuration, security models, workflows, and process design.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business processes into system capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management experience.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices, data integrity, and process optimization
Lead requirements gathering workshops to translate business needs into functional CRM solutions.
Design, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
Oversee end‑to‑end CRM implementations including integration, testing, and data migration.
Partner with technical teams on customizations and solution enhancements.
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing functional guidance.
Maintain governance, solution documentation, and ensure alignment with CRM best practices.
