We are looking for a CRM Specialist to develop and manage our CRM campaigns and customer segmentation strategies. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics, with a focus on optimising CRM processes and generating
actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns
- Manage customer segmentation strategies
- Deploy CRM campaigns for multiple clients
- Continuously measure and optimise campaign performance
- Generate insights from data analysis
- Optimise CRM processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and deliverables.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced CRM tools proficiency (e.g., Klaviyo, Dot Digital, Mailchimp)
- Intermediate GA4 proficiency
- Basic Looker Studio proficiency
- Intermediate data analysis ability
- Basic Canva skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Advanced CRM certifications preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
