Summary: As a Custom Application Architect, you will design the application architecture of custom software systems to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, creating architectural designs, and ensuring that the solutions align with the overall business strategy. You will also engage in discussions with development teams to guide the implementation of the architecture, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the final product meets the desired specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating new technologies and methodologies to enhance the architecture and improve system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve application architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Confluent Event Streaming Platform. - Strong understanding of web application frameworks and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
