Project Role Description : Provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.

Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future capabilities for applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess impacts, produce estimates for client requests, and ensure that the applications meet both current and future needs. You will also be involved in discussions that drive innovation and efficiency within the application landscape, ensuring that the solutions provided align with business objectives and user requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate impact assessment efforts to evaluate the implications of changes in application functionalities.
- Produce and review estimates for client work requests to ensure accurate project planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and innovative approaches to application architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark, Cloud Data Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Data Architecture.
- Strong understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed computing.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with application design patterns and software development methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
