As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise applications.
- Experience in integrating software solutions across multiple platforms and systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
