Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions meet evolving business requirements. The work environment encourages the use of modern development methodologies and frameworks to create efficient, scalable, and high-quality software products. Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, problem-solving, and refining software features to enhance overall system performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development principles and user interface design.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integrating custom solutions into enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
