Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and integration of software components.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong analytical skills to design efficient data models that support business objectives.
- Ability to translate complex data requirements into scalable and maintainable models.
- Experience in optimizing data structures for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes to ensure data consistency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
