Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application requirements. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed support operational goals and enhance overall efficiency. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the software components are integral to maintaining alignment with evolving business demands, ensuring that the solutions remain relevant and effective over time.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to support financial and managerial accounting processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CO functionalities effectively.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules to ensure seamless data flow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
