Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business objectives into functional software solutions that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ALIP Development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Experience in application design and configuration to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to work with various development tools and environments related to ALIP Development.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ALIP Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
