As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous innovation to enhance system performance and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and user experience.
- Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in developing and deploying custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within marketing cloud contexts.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing cloud campaigns and workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
