Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PMO Consultant with strong Power BI capabilities to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs within our finance or investment banking operations. This role combines project management expertise with advanced data visualization and reporting skills to drive decision-making and program transparency

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management Support
Support the delivery of global finance transformation initiatives through effective PMO governance
Develop and maintain comprehensive project dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries
Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports for stakeholders at all levels
Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations for leadership review meetings
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders
Coordinate project intake processes and maintain project pipeline documentation
Assist in book of work prioritization and resource capacity planning
Power BI & Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for program leadership and executive stakeholders
Transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Integrate data from multiple sources (project management tools, financial systems, databases)
Provide training and support to stakeholders on Power BI reports and self-service analytics
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Global Finance
Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Manage expectations and communicate program status effectively
Professional & Technical Skills:
Technical Skills
Power BI: Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Data Analysis: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros-VBA)
Project Management Tools: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Visio for documentation and presentations
Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior executives
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of investment banking products, operations, or finance functions
Proactive approach to identifying process improvements

Additional Information:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
