As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the software is scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business objectives. Problem-solving and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer refines and enhances existing functionalities to meet specific organizational needs while maintaining high performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and technical approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing CI.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end integration of BRIM Modules.
- Experience in SAP S4/HANA Utilities and Clean Integration standards is a strong plus
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple system components.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing CI.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
