Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across different business areas, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. - Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support in their development and project contributions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve supply chain processes. - Experience with application design and configuration in cloud environments. - Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. - Familiarity with integration processes between Oracle Cloud and other systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
