Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating those insights into functional specifications, and ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization. You will also participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the applications meet the required standards and provide a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application requirements and specifications. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Ability to create detailed documentation and user guides for applications. - Familiarity with application development frameworks and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
