Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Process Coaching. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to mentor and guide teams in agile practices. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Process Coaching. - No location constraints - A 15 years full time education is required.
