Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities • Define and maintain Global Migration Strategy. • Develop and implement data migration policies, procedures, and templates. • Drive data governance – dataset change governance, code promotion oversight, and quality frameworks. • Identify and ensure reusability of data assets across releases. • Define and implement data profiling, validation, and deduplication approaches (esp. Business Partners). • Support field mapping aligned with global process templates. • Perform impact analysis of process changes and support implementation. • Maintain knowledge database (issues, gaps, resolutions) and lead continuous process improvements. • Oversee data quality governance and execution in migration cycles. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of hands-on data migration program experience with SAP functional consulting. • Strong knowledge of data design, mapping, transformation, validation, and governance. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations • Proficiency with migration tools: Syniti or SAP Data Services, LTMC, LSMW. Preferred • Experience in data factory / migration factory delivery models.
