Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive project success and deliver innovative solutions that align with client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. - Proficiency in version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
