Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment focused on delivering professional services solutions for SAP. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to design and implement effective software applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of clients. You will also be responsible for supporting existing solutions and troubleshooting any issues that arise, all while maintaining a commitment to quality and efficiency in your work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP Ariba with other enterprise systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with agile development practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
