Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the applications are built using the most effective methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet user requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A NA is required.
