Project Role Description : Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.

Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will involve in assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the necessary standards and specifications. You will engage with various teams to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of configuration management processes. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of configuration management practices and suggest improvements. - Ensure Aprimo best practices are followed in the configurations -Creation and management of workflows , good understanding of taxonomy standards and security model -Hands on experience with Aprimo's elite AI features Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Productivity Management (PM). - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with customization and integration of digital asset management systems. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with version control systems and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
