Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and user expectations. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Communication Management Solutions. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration of OpenText ECM Tools with other enterprise systems. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
